| 职位描述及要求： | Shanghai regional partner, interiＯＲ designer With 10 years of project operation (design ＡＮＤ decＯＲation fＯＲ office space of fＯＲeign companies) in south China, HID is familiar with Hong Kong ＡＮＤ international operation, as well as business environment in mainlＡＮＤ China. We are now operating in Guangzhou ＡＮＤ Shenzhen, ＡＮＤ will tap into the Shanghai market in 2010. We are looking fＯＲ a Shanghai regional partner & experienced designer capable of business operation. The partner should meet the following requirements: 1. An interiＯＲ designer specialized in planning ＡＮＤ design fＯＲ office space ＡＮＤ banks, ＡＮＤ familiar with project operation; 2. Strongly motivated ＡＮＤ able to take on challenges like marketing, bidding, project supervision, team management, etc.; 3. WＯＲking experience with fＯＲeign design companies, operation experience with fＯＲeign-company office ＡＮＤ bank projects (design ＡＮＤ decＯＲation). 4. Language competence: Good commＡＮＤ of both English ＡＮＤ MＡＮＤarin is a must; good commＡＮＤ of Cantonese ＯＲ Shanghai dialect is a plus. 上海區域合夥人，室內設計師 HID，十年中國華南區項目（外資辦公空間設計裝修工程）運營經驗，既熟悉香港及國際化的行業運作模式，又瞭解中國大陸營商環境。現廣州、深圳兩地運營，2010年計畫拓展上海市場。現尋求上海區域合夥人，即有商業運營能力的專業 設計師，希望合夥人具備以下條件： 1、 室內外設計師，擅長辦公空間、銀行等的空間規劃設計，並熟悉工程運作流程； 2、 有強烈意願並有能力從事包括市場、專案競標、工程監管、團隊管理等一系列富有挑戰性的創業老闆工作； 3、 有外資同行工作經驗，有外資辦公空間及銀行專案（設計裝修工程）運營經驗； 4、 語言能力，英語、中文普通話，廣東話或上海話其中一種流利更佳。 有意者请将简历发送至邮箱：hr@hidgroup.com |
